Benjamin Kolenović is a successful, innovative and forward-thinking entrepreneur who founded Growzillas, a digital marketing agency based in Kosovo. With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, he gained industry experience at local and international agencies before starting his own agency which quickly gained momentum. With an impressive yearly growth rate of 200%, Growzillas has expanded its team to include 30 talented individuals, 85% of whom are women, with an average age of 23.

In addition to his agency, Ben has also made significant contributions to the industry, establishing the notable digital marketing conference, Growthtank, and serving as a lecturer for digital marketing training. He was also elected as a board member of The Kosovo Association of Information and Communication Technology in April 2023.

Ben’s outstanding achievements have been widely recognized, with Growzillas receiving the Impact Star Award from Deloitte in December 2022, and Forbes magazine selecting him as one of the 30 under 30 in Media and Marketing for Europe in 2023.
